One size fits most. You are able to adjust the cuff to fit your writs, within reason. Repeated manipulation of the metal will weaken it. Slide cuff on the thinnest part of your wrist and twist it around to lay on the top.

Unless a pieces is marked, "made to order", it is ready to ship and will go out on our next shipping day after the order is placed.
