Shipping Policy
Shipping on all orders originates from the United States and is sent via USPS. If another carrier is desired, arrangements must be made prior to checkout. Regular USPS shipping with 2-5 day delivery time is included with your purchase from Sarah Sonder. Expedited shipping is available upon request and for an additional fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Handmade jewelry is distinctly unique and may include some natural flaws. All craftmanship is completed to the best of our abilities and we stand by our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your one of a kind piece of Sarah Sonder jewelry, we will accept your return. Returns may be processed within 10 days of receiving your order with no damage or visible wear evident on your returned item. In the case of a return, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges. Full refund will be given once piece is returned.
Exchanges are allowed on a case by case basis. Please inquire to your specific needs.
