I recently started doing more natural fabrication and I was inspried to see if I could make a realistic looking twig to use in jewelry designs. I hand fabricate each twig, so no two are the same.

Bangles can be difficult for some to size, but it is quite simple if you have a flexible tape measure or a piece of string and a ruler. 
put your hand in the formation that you would do if you were trying to slide on a bangle
measure around the thickest part of your hand, the widest part that the bangle has to fit over.
if you do not have a flexible tape, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string once it is off your hand.
alternatively, if you have a bangle that fits you currently, you can measure that for reference
