Picture the algae that skims over the surface of the lake in the heat of the summer. The wonderful world of micro flora and vegitation that thrives in the water. This is what I see in this stone. I love the deep green and purple tones that this stone encapsulates and I really wanted the stone to be the star of the show for this design. Set in a simple bezel, I played up the design a bit by pairing it with a triple band with hand stamped details.
This moss agate stone was found at Noema Gems in Northern Ohio on my honeymoon during the first week of September. It is both steeped in love and intention, as well as gratitude for this monumental collection being released as I took the leap to become a metalsmith full-time. Thank you for checking it out.
